Box-highlighting

The box-outliner highlighting is a feature of the CLIM interface system that we are re-using. The outlining is done to indicate that something you see on the screen is a relevant "presentation" or noun, for commands or actions in the context. WWW-links are a poor version of that, although we eventually want to develop ways to enhance web browsing to that level.
